I'm not a fan of fast food, and I avoid it whenever I can, but out of necessity, I decided to try this fast food chain. I was blown away. The burger at Five Guys is exceptional: the quality of the bun, the flavor of the hamburger, and the option to customize it at the counter with your choice of toppings really impressed me. The fries were the best—hand-cut with the skin on, not the usual frozen kind. The prices are a bit high, but everything is expensive in London! Five Guys is also in Italy, and I can't wait to try it in Rome to see if there are any differences. Five Stars for Five Guys.

Our first Five Guys burger, won’t be the last - so juicy and an amazing choice of free add ons, really good chips and nice bright clean decor. We were a bit confused by collection as there doesn’t appear to be any screens advising of when order is ready - you have to listen out for your number being called which is tricky unless sitting very close to counter. This won’t put us off tho

Food was great, but beware they give you a LOT of fries. We made the mistake of ordering two fries and ended up wasting a lot of food. Staff were friendly. Kinda expensive for a fast food restaurant. But overall would recommend.

This is the best five guys in the universe and it has a lot to do with the amazing staff that work here!!! Akib, Dwayne, Simona... all rockstars!!! I get the same burger every single time and I’m here once a week and they are the BEST!! IMO best burger in London!!!!

It’s me again. Trying different five guys branches. I have no idea why the one cheat meal per week is always five guys? Just love the burger and fries. They always have massive amount even tho I just ordered a small one.

I came here with my partner over the weekend - we both ordered burgers with our chosen toppings and a regular fries. The food didn’t take long at all and was fresh, well cooked the only issue was some of the toppings were missing but this was still a good burger. Whilst we waited we had the chance to have some peanuts for free which was nice, we also had a refill drink which had plenty of options to choose from. Only downside was 27 on 2 burgers was a little steep but it’s five guys and you know what you’re getting!

Just one of the best burgers I've tasted. I was expecting McDonald's or a bit better. But the burgers were just so tasty and rich. I was so impressed. The surroundings do not give the burgers credit.
